SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (Digital Goods & Intellectual Property) Our products are strictly digital (Google Sheet Templates) and are delivered electronically. Because of the digital nature of the products, they are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Intellectual Property: All templates sold are the property of TempSheet. By purchasing a template, you are granted a single-user license for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce our templates, in whole or in part, without our explicit written consent.

 

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
