Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! As we provide digital products (Google Sheets Templates), our return and refund policy differs from traditional physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products Nature Because our products are digital files and instantly accessible after purchase, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once a template has been copied or downloaded to your Google Drive, the sale is considered final.

Exceptions for Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While all sales are final, we may offer a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same template more than once.

• Technical Issues: If the file is corrupted, completely inaccessible, or has a major technical flaw that we cannot resolve for you.

Please note: Lack of basic knowledge of how to use Google Sheets does not qualify for a refund. However, we are always here to help you get started!

How to Request Help or a Refund If you experience any issues with your Google Sheet template or believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us immediately at TempSheet@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to find a solution.

Refunds & Processing Times (If Approved) If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email. The refund will be processed automatically through our secure payment gateway (Shopify Payments) and credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay).

• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to securely process and appear on your bank or credit card statement.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please reach out to us at TempSheet@gmail.com.
