Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)
No Physical Shipping TempSheet operates strictly as a digital product store. All of our products are digital goods (Google Sheet Templates). Therefore, no physical items will be shipped or mailed to your physical address.
How You Will Receive Your Product Our delivery process is completely automated and instant. Here is how it works:

Instant Access: Immediately after your payment is successfully processed via our secure checkout (Shopify Payments, etc.), you will be redirected to an order confirmation page containing a direct link to access your Google Sheet template.

Email Delivery: At the same time, an automated email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email contains the receipt and the link(s) to access or download your template.
Instructions for Use When you click the link provided in your email or on the checkout page, you will be prompted to "Make a copy" of the template directly into your own personal or business Google Drive account.
What If I Don't Receive the Email? Typically, the delivery email arrives within minutes. If you do not see it in your inbox:

Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as automated emails sometimes end up there.

Ensure that the email address you entered during checkout was spelled correctly.

If you still cannot locate your order delivery email after 15 minutes, please contact us immediately at TempSheet@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will manually send you the access link.
